The only way to give us your details is to write to us. This page lists every field that reaches us, what our server records alongside it, where it goes and how to have it removed. No accounts, no profiles, nothing sold.
We hold your details for one reason: to answer your enquiry. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you across the web, and we never sell or share your data for anyone else's marketing.
This site belongs to Humancraft AI Pte. Ltd., a company based in Singapore. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you, write to our team. A person reads it.
The contact form is the only place the site asks for anything about you. Every field is one you type in yourself. There is nothing pre-filled and no account to create.
| Field | Type | Why we ask | Required |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | You type it | So we know who we are replying to and how to address you. | Yes |
| Work email | You type it | The address we reply to. It is the only way we can answer you. | Yes |
| Company | You type it | So we understand the context of your enquiry before we reply. | Yes |
| Message | You type it | What you want to build. Please keep it to the enquiry itself. | Yes |
When you press Send, our server records three technical details alongside your message. Every website receives these with any request. We keep them only to answer you and to stop the form being abused by spam.
| Detail | What it is | Why we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| IP address | The network address your request came from. | Included in the email so we can judge a suspicious message, and used to rate limit the form. See spam control below. |
| Browser and device | Your browser's user-agent line, the first 200 characters only. | To recognise obvious bots. Nothing more is read from your device. |
| Time of sending | The date and time you submitted, in UTC. | So a message can be placed in sequence with others. |
Your submission becomes a single email to our own inbox. It is not written to a database, a customer system or a marketing list on this site.
Sending your enquiry relies on our email provider to carry the message, which necessarily handles it in transit. Separately, loading any page on this site causes your browser to fetch a few files from other companies, and each of those sees your IP address. We list every one of them, and confirm that none sets a cookie, on the cookies and tracking page.

The spam-control file clears itself within minutes, as described above. Your enquiry email stays in our inbox for as long as we are in a conversation with you, or reasonably expect to be. Ask us to remove it and we will, and confirm that we have. We do not set an automatic deletion date we cannot honestly promise to keep.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you these rights formally, for example under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR in Europe. We aim to honour them wherever you are. To use any of them, email us.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
If we start collecting anything new, or add a tool that handles your data, we will change this page before it goes live and say plainly what changed. The same standard we hold client systems to applies to our own site.
This page is not legal advice. It describes what the code on this site does today. A lawyer should confirm it is sufficient for every regime the business is subject to. Questions, or a request about your data: email us.
